No refund once we’ve begun your errand. Once you receive a text that we’re at the store, we’ve already committed time and fuel to your order.

Full refund immediately, no questions. If we ever have to cancel due to an emergency or scheduling issue, you’ll receive a full refund plus a discount on your next order.
